Automated grain storage facilities
In the grain storage facilities our systems perform the controlling of grain moving and cleaning automatically, and check the temperature of the grain permanently. Using the temperature measuring system delivered by our company the moulding, dampening and quality deterioration of the stored grain can be eliminated.
Automated feed mills
Our process supervisory system delivered for feedmills assures the complex controlling of the technological equipment, extensive process graphics, checking the entire process from materials intake to dispatch. The production process can be tracked from beginning to end, the data of the production are recorded. The system is suited to fulfil the most demanding animal feed manufacturing regulations, with its accurate, self-learning proportioning software controlled by PLC. On the basis of recorded data the composition, quantity, mixing time, the time of production of the manufactured feed or the operator name can be retrieved. Online communication with the installed enterprise management suite is possible, where the specific recipes or production programs can be interfaced to and processed. The controlling of ingredient input and product output can be separated. We also provide remote controlling and servicing and can deal with emergencies online.
Automated pet food plants
Modern pet food calls for highly sophisticated production plants. We provide planning, manufacturing and programming solutions for the necessary controlling equipment. Our systems use recipes for mixing, grinding, controlling extruders and feeding liquids. All production data is stored and touch-screen computers are used for communication with the operator. Client computers installed at various locations within the plant provide for efficient remote surveillance of all technological processes.
